What is Shopping-Health?
It is an innovative project aimed at all those who appreciate traditional, healthy crops and are ready to run a seasonal kitchen, strongly dependent on the vegetation rhythm of plants.
From mid-May to mid-October, we provide our customers with fresh vegetables every week, grown without artificial fertilizers, pesticides, pesticides.
All delivered vegetables, herbs and nuts come ONLY from our crops, because only then can we 100% guarantee their freshness, ecological quality and real taste.
What appears in Koszyki-Zdrowie?
Health-baskets are filled with healthy and fresh vegetables, delivered according to the plant vegetation calendar:
stage I - spring vegetables and lettuces - the first baskets are a large selection of salads (Roman, oak, endive, arugula, butter, iceberg and others), radishes, chives, young bulbs, spinach, wonderful beet leaves, young sorrel, rhubarb and also some vegetables root crops that survived the winter in our pantry,
stage II = soft vegetables - weekly deliveries are enriched with cucumbers
and tomatoes, onions, garlic, courgettes, young carrots and red beetroots, young cabbage, kohlrabi and vegetables,stage III = root vegetables - here we supplement the baskets with sun pumpkins (including our favorite hokkaido), Jerusalem artichoke and carrots, parsley, celery, leek, parsnips,
and additionally hazelnuts.
All vegetables are picked early in the morning in Eko-ZakÄ…tek, then packed in wicker baskets and delivered directly to our customers on the same day according to the following rule:
"From the garden, straight to the table."

after returning from the trip, together with you we plan when you can pick up the "holiday basket" and what vegetables can be in it,
you can also ask someone as a replacement to pick up the basket - the "password" to pick up is a wicker basket for replacement.
how much it costs?
Five months of fresh, healthy, naturally grown vegetables, no orders shipped ...
24 deliveries payable in 3 installments: PLN 600 (payment by February 28, 2021), PLN 650 (payment by June 30, 2021), PLN 700. (payment by August 30, 2021),
the price of the entire project includes a refundable deposit for a wicker basket (PLN 100)
we do not evaluate and deliver one-off orders, we focus on the "Cart-Health" project.
A basket of vegetables - is it a lot?
this is the amount that will fill the fridge for the whole week and will allow you to cook healthy for the family,
if we have a harvest defeat in the Eco-Corner, we encourage our recipients to prepare healthy stocks by freezing, preserving, drying, etc.,
we support each other, we are looking for new recipes, culinary blogs, because we want to "cook and not waste" together with our customers .
